Dzmitry Razalyeu has over 15 years of work experience in the field of international education. In 2005, they started as a Wisconsin Project Coordinator at Aspect Education, where they provided support, counseling, and management to international students. Dzmitry also planned and organized social events and entertainment activities, communicated with the students' primary employers, and assisted students with adaptation in the USA. In 2007, they moved to Kaplan International Colleges as a Senior Sales and Customer Care and Los Angeles Project Coordinator. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at TALK English Schools in various roles, such as Director of Field Marketing, DSO, Director Global Enrollments, Sales Development Manager, and Regional Manager Sales and Marketing. In 2021, they joined ARFEN as a Business Development Manager and they are currently working as an Operations Manager at Atlas Technica.

Dzmitry Razalyeu attended Brest Technical University from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering. Dzmitry also holds a Monday.com Product Badge certification.
