Matthew Ventura has extensive work experience in the security and law enforcement fields. Matthew served as the President of Atlas Security Services Inc. starting from October 1992. Prior to that, they worked as a Trooper for the New York State Police - Dis Ret. from February 1981 to December 1989.

Matthew Ventura attended Tappan Zee High School in Orangeburg, NY from 1974 to 1977. Matthew then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from SUNY Cortland from 1977 to 1981.
