Roy Kelin

Roy Kelin has over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Roy currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Atlas Restaurant Group, a role they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Food & Beverage and Nightlife at SLS South Beach from March 2019 to November 2021. From January 2011 to March 2019, they worked as the Sr. Director of Operations at The One Group. Roy also has experience as an Operations Manager at BLT Restaurants from 2008 to 2010 and as an Assistant F&B Director / GM at China Grill Management from 2003 to 2007.

Roy Kelin attended Johnson & Wales University from 1994 to 1995, studying Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Roy then pursued General Studies at Hunter College from 1986 to 1988.
