Steve Wallace has over a decade of experience in service management and operations. Currently serving as the Cincinnati Service Manager and previously as the Ohio Service Supervisor at Atlas Machine & Supply, Inc. since July 2013, Steve is responsible for preparing customer quotes, managing relationships, and overseeing a team of nine technicians across two branch offices. Prior to this role, Steve served as a Service Coordinator, handling parts orders and scheduling service visits. Steve began their career at Atlas Machine & Supply in July 2012 as a Warehouse Specialist, focused on warehouse organization and shipping logistics. Earlier experience includes a position as General Manager at Skyline Chili, where operational management encompassed ordering, scheduling, and inventory control. Steve is a graduate of Lakota West High School, completing studies between 1996 and 1999.
