Jim Graham is an experienced executive with a robust background in automated joining technologies and sales management. Currently serving as Vice President of Automated Joining Technologies at Atlas Copco USA since March 2018, Jim is instrumental in driving rapid market adoption and adapting to evolving technology needs within the Mobility, EV, Battery, and mixed materials BIW segment in North America. Previously, as President and CEO of Weber Screwdriving Systems Inc. from September 2004 to March 2018, Jim focused on employee development and establishing sustainable growth models for North American operations. Prior roles include Senior Business Development Manager at Carlson Engineering and Manufacturing, where Jim was responsible for national sales and marketing of automated assembly products, and West Coast General Manager and Technical Product Manager at Desoutter Tools, managing operations and engineering development of DC assembly systems.
