Alex began their career in 2000 at Applied Materials, where they worked as a Systems Engineer before transitioning to the role of Quality Engineer. In 2006, they joined McLaren Racing as a Quality Engineer and steadily progressed to become a Quality Team Leader and eventually the Head of Quality. In 2014, Alex joined Atlas Copco as the Global Quality Director, responsible for driving quality and operational strategy for the service division of Edwards Vacuum Ltd.
