Monica Yanscik, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Monica currently serves as the HR Director at Atlas Butler Heating & Cooling, where they lead all human resource functions and has been instrumental in creating an engaging workplace culture. Previously, they owned and operated Honey Bee Photography, specializing in various photography genres. Monica also worked as an HR Business Partner at Sequent Inc., collaborating with clients to provide strategic HR solutions. Monica served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, responsible for implementing comprehensive HR programs and policies. Monica has also held leadership roles, including Past President, on the Board of Directors of the HRACO Human Resource Association of Central Ohio. Monica'sprevious experience includes serving as an HR Director at Casto and as an HR Manager/Director at Whittmanhart (formerly Infinis, Inc.). Monica began their HR career as a Technical Recruiter at Quick Solutions. Throughout their career, Monica has consistently focused on employee relations, recruitment, training, and policy development.

Monica Yanscik, SPHR, SHRM-SCP attended Bowling Green State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication. Monica then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University. Prior to their higher education, Monica attended Jonathan Alder High School. In addition to their degrees, Monica holds certifications including the SHRM-SCP from SHRM, obtained in January 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in May 2010.
