Seth Litterst is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in the legal and financial sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Contract Management at Atlantic Union Bank since March 2021, Seth's previous roles include Product Counsel at Mission Lane and Staff Counsel at Encore Capital Group, where responsibilities included managing collection litigation and ensuring compliance with consumer finance laws. Earlier career highlights feature expertise in consumer finance and collection law at TRAKAmerica, as well as significant contributions to electronic discovery in prior positions at UnitedLex Corporation and LeClairRyan. Seth holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Virginia Tech.
