Kat Costello has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles. Kat began their career in 2003 as a Director of Advertising Strategy at Capital One, where they managed a $150MM budget and developed brand advertising and direct response mass media strategies. Kat then moved on to become a Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Green Alley, LLC, launching a newly patented product and overseeing market research, PR, and operations. In 2006, they joined Family Lifeline as Vice-President of Marketing and External Affairs, leading the development and implementation of PR and marketing projects. Kat later worked at Digitas as a VP/Group Account Director, and at Seasonal Roots as CMO, leading brand and marketing strategy and raising over $350K in investment. Kat is currently serving as VP and Director of Marketing at Atlantic Union Bank.
Kat Costello attended the University of Richmond from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Accounting.
