Jonathan "Lewis" Williams is an experienced professional in training, workforce development, and engineering within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Training and Workforce Development Manager at Atlantic Track & Turnout Co., Jonathan oversees in-house training programs and manages apprenticeship initiatives while also writing grant proposals and hosting training conferences. Previously, as a Machining Technology Instructor at Shelby County Schools, Jonathan developed the district's premier Machining Technology program and curriculum. Jonathan's background includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer Technician at Wright Medical, Senior Tool Designer/Programmer at Smith & Nephew, and CNC Coordinator at ITT Engineered Valves, among others. Jonathan is pursuing further education at Arizona State University, building on previous studies at Itawamba Community College.
