James Young, Jr. has an extensive career spanning several decades, with roles in various technical and creative fields. Currently an Operator/Builder at Mine Hill Cycles since October 2021, James specializes in building custom BMX and other bicycles. Simultaneously, James has served as a Photographer and Calendar Designer for JYR Photography since November 2005, focusing on specialized Drag Racing photo calendars. With over 28 years at Atlantic Scale Company, Inc. as a Senior Technician, James is responsible for technical operations at a major pharmaceutical company. Additionally, James holds the position of President at JYR Motorsports, competing in drag racing across the nation. Previous roles include being a Mechanic and Service Advisor at West 10 Tire & Auto, a Mechanic at Brian's Auto, and a Back of House Operations Manager at JAI/Parsippany NAPA. James earned a high school diploma in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from Parsippany Hills High School.
