Kayla Flores is an experienced professional in the music industry, currently serving as an A&R Coordinator at Atlantic Records since December 2020, following a role as A&R Assistant. Prior to this, Kayla interned at Primary Wave as an A&R Intern, where analytical skills were applied to chart performance and song credits. Kayla's leadership role as President of Songwriting at Berkeley involved organizing educational meetings and artist collaborations. Previous experiences include an A&R Internship at Atlantic Records, operations support at Sofar Sounds, and music coordination with the Business Careers in Entertainment Association.
