Kevin Frederick is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at Atlantic LNG since November 2021. Previously, Kevin held various roles at CUNA Caribbean Insurance, including Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition and Senior Human Resources Officer for Talent Management from November 2014 to November 2021. Prior to this, Kevin was a Human Resources Manager at Medical Associates Central Hospital from 2012 to 2014. Kevin holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, obtained between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, Kevin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary's University, completing these programs from 2003 to 2007.
