Carlos Ruiz has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Carlos currently holds the position of Director of Manufacturing at Atlantic Beverage Company since March 2021. Prior to this, they were the Production Manager at Atlantic Beverages from January 2020 to March 2021, where they were responsible for production scheduling, managing different teams, implementing capital expenditure projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Before joining Atlantic Beverages, Carlos worked as a Production Manager at Comarco Products Inc. from October 2016 to 2020. Carlos also served as the Quality Director at Cupid Foundations, Inc. from September 2010 to February 2015 and as a Quality Manager at Cupid Foundation Inc. from February 2007 to August 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked at JC Penney as a Quality Assurance Inspector, overseeing quality inspections and ensuring compliance with Nicaragua's laws and regulations.

Carlos Ruiz attended the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (NI) from 1992 to 1998, studying Industrial Engineering.
