Shreesha Sanjaya is a Process Improvement Engineer at Atlantic Industries Limited, where responsibilities include identifying product-specific improvement opportunities and supporting R&D projects since May 2021. Prior to this role, Shreesha held research internships at Atlantic Industries Limited, focused on planning and testing innovative product ideas and conducting motion study analysis to automate processes. Additionally, experience as a Co-op Engineering Student at Emera Utility Services involved assisting with projects in transmission and distribution and utilizing Microsoft Excel for task automation. Shreesha also served as a Lab Demonstrator at Dalhousie Faculty of Agriculture, guiding students in SolidWorks Design. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma in Engineering from Dalhousie University, along with an IB Diploma from the International School of Stavanger.
