Glenn Lebedz started their career at Red Lobster/Darden Restaurants in 1992, where they served as the General Manager for a decade. In 2002, they joined Atlantic General Hospital as the Director of Support Services and has been in that position ever since.
Glenn Lebedz attended Smithtown High School West from 1978 to 1982. Glenn then pursued a degree in Industrial Relations at Rider University from 1982 to 1985. Later, they pursued a degree in Organizational Management at Wilmington University starting from 2009. In addition to their education, Glenn Lebedz has obtained certifications including Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP) from the International Board for Certification of Safety Managers, Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) from the American Hospital Association, and ServSafe Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association.
