Matthew Epp has extensive work experience in the engineering and sales fields. Matthew most recently worked as a Make Ready Engineering Manager at Atlantic Engineering Group starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they were an Engineering Project Manager at Quanta Services, Inc. from April 2020 to December 2021. Matthew also served as an Engineering Project Manager at PhaseLink Utility Solutions from March 2018 to November 2019. Matthew Epp worked as a Make Ready Engineering Area Manager SAT at CCE LLC from December 2016 to April 2018 and a Field Engineer Specialist at Storm Services Engineering from February 2016 to December 2016. Before transitioning to the engineering field, they worked as a Solutions Engineer at ikeGPS from July 2014 to February 2016 and an Engineer Technician at Black & McDonald Limited from February 2013 to July 2014. Matthew Epp also gained experience in sales, working at Shawnee Mission Kia from 2011 to 2012 and Olathe Kia from August 2011 to November 2011.

Matthew Epp's education history includes attending Centriq Training in 2012, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Johnson County Community College from 2008 to 2010, focusing on Graphic Design. Aside from their formal education, Matthew Epp obtained the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from LeaderQuest HQ in December 2021.
