Roberta Horton, MHA, BHA, ASCP, NCMA, currently serves as the Director of Community Connection at AtlantiCare, a position held since February 2008, where collaboration occurs with Guest Services, Pastoral Care, and the Volunteer team. Prior roles at AtlantiCare include Patient Experience Manager for Care Transitions and Laboratory Specimen Processing Manager, overseeing a team of approximately 100 staff in specimen collection across inpatient and outpatient settings. Additionally, Roberta has been a Phlebotomy Educator at Atlantic Cape Community College since November 2020 and previously served as a Medical Assistant Instructor from December 2001 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration and Management, both obtained from the University of Phoenix.
