Lawrence Vincent Poole MA, CMHC, currently serves as a Retention Coach at Atlanta Mission since November 2021. With extensive experience in mental health, Poole has been a Psychotherapist and Practice Manager at Pediatrics At Whitlock P C since September 2004, overseeing hiring, budget management, and operational efficiency as well as handling insurance negotiations and vendor contracts. Prior to this role, Poole worked in marketing at The Home Depot from April 2000 to June 2004, focusing on store products for the southeastern United States and Puerto Rico. Additionally, during a tenure at American Bible Society from September 1996 to June 1999, Poole contributed as a consultant on new product creation aimed at inner city youths.
