Tylyn Castellanos is an experienced professional in customer growth and guest experience strategies, currently serving as the Director of Customer Growth Strategy and Director of Arena Experience Strategy for the Atlanta Hawks since July 2019. Previously, Castellanos held the position of Senior Fan Experience Manager and Fan Experience Manager at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment from May 2017 to July 2019. Prior to that, Castellanos worked at Disney Parks & Resorts as a Coordinator at Disney Fairy Tale Weddings from October 2016 to May 2017 and was an Event Coordinator at Orlando Venues/Amway Center from September 2015 to May 2017. Castellanos holds a degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida.
