Jay Suever joined ABI’s design and construction team in 2022. He brings to the table deep budgeting, cost management, and scheduling expertise, as well as the ability to steer complex projects to completion. In his previous role as a principal at HKS Architects, he completed the Norfolk Southern headquarters project in Midtown, a large urban project with two office towers and ambitious sustainability goals. Jay also managed other prominent Atlanta building projects such as Terminus, Allen Plaza, and NCR. A native Atlantan, Jay resides in Ormewood Park with his wife and two sons, just two blocks from the BeltLine.
