Aayush Sarva currently serves as an Engineering Manager at Atlan since October 2023, having previously held the same title at Plivo from October 2019 to October 2023. During time at Plivo, Aayush led a team of engineers in planning the International Messaging roadmap, initiated a unified technical onboarding experience, and drove several engineering initiatives including migration to OpenTelemetry and performance optimization efforts that significantly improved system latencies. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at SocialCops, where Aayush developed a batch-processing architecture and enhanced data collection capabilities, in addition to roles as Software Engineer and Engineer intern positions at SocialCops and Automate.io. Aayush earned a Bachelor of Technology in Communication and Computer Engineering from The LNM Institute of Information Technology in 2016.
