Stéphane Gagnon, CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois), has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Stéphane started their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Senior Manager in Assurance and Advisory. In this role, they provided accounting and business services to public and private companies in various industries. Stéphane was responsible for client service, performance of audit and advisory engagements, and the management of a group of accounting professionals.

In 2010, Stéphane joined SNC-Lavalin, a leading engineering and construction group. Stéphane first served as the Vice President of Internal Audit, where they established and led global risk-based internal audits to evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls. Stéphane then became the Vice President of Finance for the Nuclear Business Unit, overseeing all financial and risk management aspects. Stéphane also represented SNC-Lavalin as a Director of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee for a $1B partnership in the Nuclear industry. In 2018, Stéphane transitioned to the role of Vice President of Finance for the Capital Sector, where they were responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, and financial support for bids, proposals, and M&A transactions.

Most recently, Stéphane joined ´¡³Ù°ì¾±²Ô²õ¸éé²¹±ô¾±²õ as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. In this position, they provide leadership for financial reporting and controls.

Stéphane Gagnon, CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois) received a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Administration (Commerce) from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) from 1991 to 1994. Stéphane also obtained the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA auditor, CA) certification from the Quebec Order of Chartered Professional Accountants in 1998 and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA Illinois) certification by authority of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois in 2004.
