Graham Atkinson is an experienced consultant and director at Atkinson HR Consulting, specializing in HR consultancy, learning and development, interim management, and coaching since June 2017. Previously, Graham served as Interim Managing Director at Imperial College Union and Interim Chief Executive Officer at The University of Westminster Students' Union, where key achievements included implementing turnaround plans, staff reorganizations, and improving governance. At the National Union of Students, Graham held dual roles as Director of People, Governance and Performance and Group Head of People, overseeing strategic human resource management and governance across multiple organizations. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Northumbria Students' Union and contributions to various student unions. Graham holds an MA in Human Resource Management & Development from Northumbria University and a BA in English Studies from York St. John University.
