Caroline Pham is an Engineer at Atkinson Construction, involved in the SLO 46 - Cholame & Wye project since September 2023. Previously, Caroline served as an Engineering Intern at Atkinson Construction from June 2022 to June 2023. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completing the program in June 2023.
