Mitch Hanscom has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Mitch began their career in 1986 in the US Air Force, where they served in various leadership positions and conducted Electronic Warfare activities. Hanscom's accomplishments in the Air Force include directing Master Air Attack Planning and Strategy development and serving as Squadron Commander.

After leaving the Air Force in 2009, Hanscom joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Associate. In this role, they were responsible for business development, client delivery, team leadership, and program management. Mitch significantly increased the business footprint and revenue by 125% in just two years.

In 2017, Hanscom transitioned to an executive leadership position in San Antonio, emphasizing operations. Mitch then joined MacAulay-Brown, Inc. as the JRSS Support Team Lead and Integration Manager. Mitch successfully led a team in providing integrated support to the USAF in configuration, training, and optimization of the Joint Regional Security Stack.

Hanscom continued their career at Alion Science and Technology and HII Technical Solutions, where they served as Director, Cyber and San Antonio Site Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in cyber and site management.

Most recently, Hanscom joined Atkinson Aeronautics & Technology Inc. in 2023 as the EW Training and Business Development professional. With their extensive background and experience, Hanscom brings a wealth of knowledge to this position.

Mitch Hanscom has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Mechanics from the United States Air Force Academy. Mitch also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aerospace Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The start and end years for both degrees are not provided.
