Wellington Silva has held various roles in the technology industry since 2005. Wellington began their career as an Assistente Financeiro at Apple in 2005, and then moved to starsoftbr in 2006, where they held roles as Diretor Executivo, Gerente Geral de Serviços, Gerente de Projetos Implantação de ERP, and Consultor de implantação ERP. In 2018, they joined B1Alliance as a Member of Executive Board - Business Advisor, and in 2021 they became Business Unit Director at Ativy.

Wellington Silva has a well-rounded educational background. Wellington obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2007. Wellington then completed a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from FIAP in 2013. Most recently, they earned a Master of Business Administration from FIA Business School in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications, "Driving Exponential Growth & Recovery" from IE University in 2021 and "Liderando na Complexidade" from Insper in 2020.
