David Callahan serves as Co-CEO of UltraSignup since September 2020 and holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Atiba, a prominent Managed Services and IT consulting firm founded in 1992. Prior experience includes serving as Of Counsel at Goodman Callahan & Blackstone PLLC from June 2014 to September 2021, and as Founder and Of Counsel Member at Callahan Bewley & Chandra, PLLC from November 2014 to August 2019. David Callahan was also a Partner at Callahan Witherington, PLLC from May 2010 to May 2014 and began a legal career as an Associate at Adams and Reese LLP from August 2007 to May 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Taxation from The University of Alabama School of Law, a BA in Political Science and Economics from The University of Alabama, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Nashville School of Law.
