Kelly Pasterick has a strong background in finance and leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Kelly began their career at Alcoa Inc. in 2005, where they managed Sox Compliance and later served as a Manager for Financial Accounting, providing support for foreign operations. In 2009, they were promoted to Vice President of Investor Relations, managing a team of analysts and reporting to the CFO. During their time in this role, they achieved significant shareholder returns. From 2009 to 2011, Kelly also held the position of Manager of Corporate Treasury, where they managed capital structure strategies and rating agency relationships. In 2015, they joined Alcoa's Cast Products Business Unit as the Finance Director, overseeing finance and accounting functions across multiple global locations. In 2017, Kelly joined ATI as the Vice President of Internal Audit and later took on the roles of Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Enterprise Business Services. Kelly Pasterick earned a BA in Accounting from Duquesne University from 1988 to 1992. Kelly then pursued an MBA at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 1995 to 1997.
