Heather Giza, GBA, currently serves as Senior Benefits Manager at ATI since October 2018, having previously held the position of Benefits Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Roadrunner Transportation Systems as Benefits Manager and Interim HRIS Manager, overseeing various benefit plans and managing the Workday HCM system. At Milwaukee County, Heather managed health and welfare benefits for over 20,000 lives and served as Benefits Analyst and Benefits Manager. Heather also worked at Joy Global as Employee Benefits Specialist and at Fiserv as Benefits Administrator. Early career experience includes a role as Human Resources Assistant at T N & Associates, Inc. Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from the Lubar College of Business.
