Tom Burnett is an experienced professional in customer insights and operations management, currently serving as the Customer Insights Manager at Athletic Greens since July 2023. Tom co-owns Roam Free Foods, LLC, a company dedicated to creating delicious packaged food alternatives for individuals with special dietary requirements, since January 2021. Prior to this, Tom held various roles at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. from February 2012 to July 2023, including Manager, Voice of Customer Sr. Analyst, and Business Systems Analyst, where responsibilities spanned critical analysis of point-of-sale systems and customer survey data. Earlier experience includes positions at TS Tech USA Corporation, BuyBacks Entertainment, MeadWestvaco, and Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority, focusing on procurement, inventory management, and business process transformation. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from Bowling Green State University in 2009, and briefly attended The Ohio State University in 2010.
