Brent Beckham has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 as a Technical Consultant and Project Manager for Miami Business Consulting. In 2008, they joined Hyland as a Senior Solution Consultant/Solution Consultant 3 in Global Healthcare Services and continued to take on additional roles, such as Team Lead of the Valco to OnBase (V2O) Team and Quality Assurance Representative on the QA Web Team. In 2019, they became a Self-employed Entrepreneur, Technical Consultant, and Web Designer, as well as a World Traveler. In 2020, they founded Brent's Run About and became a UESCA Certified Running Coach and Beginner's Ultrarunning Coach. In 2021, Brent was a Brand Ambassador for Xero Shoes, Athletic Brewing Company, and 3Ci, where they were a Contracted Director/OnBase System Admin/Senior System Analyst for United Community Bank (UCBI). In 2022, they joined Hyland again as a Team Captain & Solution Consultant 4 in Global Heathcare Services.

Brent Beckham obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus in Management Information Systems from Miami University in 2008. Brent was also awarded the Eagle Scout certification from the Boy Scouts of America in 2000 and recently obtained a UESCA Certified Running Coach certification from the United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy in 2021.
