Sudhindranath Neela PMP has extensive experience in the field of IT, having worked in various roles since 1995. Sudhindranath started their career at Zeus Corporate Services as a Project Manager in 1995, where they executed and managed projects using Visual Foxpro, Visual Basic, Oracle D2k, and Powerbuilder using Oracle, Sybase, and MS SQL Server. Sudhindranath then moved to Satyam Computer Services Ltd in 1998 as a Principal Consultant, where they executed close to 44 projects in Oracle EBS and 16 PeopleSoft projects as a Project Leader/Project Manager/Program Manager/Delivery Manager. In 2004-2005, they were the Competency Head, managing HR Business Transformation using Oracle EBS and PeopleSoft HRMS Suite, managing a team size of 175+ resources. From 2005-2015, they worked at Deloitte as Vice President/Senior Manager, where they managed projects in Manufacturing & Retail, TMT, and FSI, as well as Business Transformation (Finance Transformation, Supply Chain Transformation, and HR Transformation) using Oracle EBS Suite. Finally, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at aThingz from 2017-present.

Sudhindranath Neela has a BE in Mechanical from Bangalore University, an MBA in Operations and MIS from Indira Gandhi National Open University, an MPhil in Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a PMP in Project Management Professional from PMI, Hyderabad Chapter. Sudhindranath also holds a Project Management Professional certification from PMI, obtained in February 2014.
