Markus Costa currently serves as the Filialleitung at Buchhandlung Meran within ATHESIA-Gruppe since September 2019, while also engaging in recruiting, personal development, and employer branding initiatives. In October 2023, Markus took on the role of Leitung for the Caritas Männergruppe at Caritas Diözese Bozen Brixen. Prior experience includes teaching various subjects such as religion, integration, mathematics, natural sciences, and civic education at MS "Carl Wolf" from September 2017 to August 2019, where Markus also coordinated a counseling team. Markus held a teaching position at the Landesfachschule für Sozialberufe "Hannah Arendt" from September 2012 to August 2017, specializing in German, social studies, and contemporary history. Educational qualifications include advanced training as a Counselor Professional with a Gestalt approach from Centro studi terapia della Gestalt and GestaltAkademie Südtirol, as well as a Magister der Philosophie in Political Science from Universität Innsbruck, where initial studies in Business Administration were also undertaken.
