Shivam Soni currently serves as Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Ather Energy since November 2022, leading the Supply Chain Strategy and Intelligence team with a focus on cost-saving initiatives, commodity strategy, supplier segmentation, and risk management. Previously, Shivam held various roles at Bajaj Auto Ltd from July 2014 to November 2022, including Manager Purchase and Assistant Manager, where strategic sourcing and supply chain management were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes a position as Training and Placement Officer at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology and an engineering internship at National Fertilizers Limited. Shivam holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
