Hrishikesh Pradhan is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Team Lead for Embedded Hardware at Ather Energy since June 2022. Previously, Hrishikesh held the position of Senior Manager in Engineering & Performance at Vena Energy, focusing on energy storage and EMS from April 2021 to May 2022. Prior roles include Manager of Energy Storage at Mahindra Susten, Team Lead at ION Energy Inc, and a Team Lead for Battery Management Systems at Ather Energy. Hrishikesh also has experience as a Field Technical Consultant at National Instruments India, where significant contributions were made in various technical domains. Hrishikesh's career began with internships at National Instruments, Honeywell, and General Instruments Consortium. Hrishikesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation from Vellore Institute of Technology, graduated in 2012.
