Abhinav Kaw currently serves as the DGM - Total Rewards Lead and Lead - Performance Management, People Analytics & Tech Transformation at Ather Energy, a position held since October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Performance & Rewards at Reliance Industries Limited, where responsibilities encompassed the implementation of performance and compensation reviews for over 15,000 employees, and the design of policies for various roles. Abhinav also held positions at Reliance Industries Limited focusing on organizational effectiveness and development, and as EA to the CHRO. Earlier roles included internships at Colgate-Palmolive and Aon Hewitt, and a role as a Software Engineer at Syntel. Abhinav holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Missions College of Engineering & Technology.
