Sam Shuttle has over 35 years of experience in sales and customer service within the paper and packaging industry. Sam began a career at Dillard Paper Company, serving as a Customer Service Representative and in Shipping Receiving from June 1976 to February 1988. Sam transitioned to xpedx, where a tenure as a Sales Representative lasted from February 1988 to June 2014. Following this, Sam worked as a Sales Professional at Veritiv Corporation for a brief period in mid-2014. Sam continued as a Sales Representative for American Paper & Twine Co. from November 2014 to March 2017, and has been with Athens Paper since April 2017 in the same role. Additionally, Sam has acted as a Purchasing Agent, specializing in packaging and industrial products. Sam studied at Virginia Highlands Community College.
