Rubén is Athenuem’s Experts Relations Manager where his dedication and customer support experience helped him to build and grow the ERM team. He has contributed to a better customer experience by ensuring maximum satisfaction of all Atheneum’s experts. His current responsibilities include managing his global team, expert payment process and execution.
He is originally from Venezuela and moved to Germany back in 2011 to start his career as a Team Lead Customer Service for Arvato managing the Canon project.
Rubén studied Telecommunication Engineering at Universidad de San Buenaventura in Bogota – Colombia.
Rubén can be described as a „people person“ and his fluent language skills in Spanish, English and German help to interact with many cultures.
