Ethan Sterling has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Ethan started their career at EKM Systems, where they worked as a Customer Support technician for ekmPowershop, Europe's Number 1 eCommerce platform. Ethan then joined City West Housing Trust as a Systems Support Analyst, providing first-line support for all users within the company. After that, Ethan worked at EASTLANDS HOMES PARTNERSHIP LIMITED as a Service Desk Analyst, offering first- and second-line support to end users in a large social housing organization.

Ethan then moved on to ODEON Cinemas Group, where they served as a 2nd line Service Desk Analyst, supporting operational IT across all sites in the UK and Ireland. Ethan also played a role in delivering IT kit to new sites. Following that, Ethan joined GAP Ltd as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, where they provided infrastructure support and worked until 2021.

In 2021, Ethan started working at MuscleFood as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer before transitioning into the role of a DevOps Engineer. At MuscleFood, they were responsible for managing the infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations. Ethan'smost recent work experience is at Atheneum as a DevOps Engineer, starting in 2023.

Throughout their experience, Ethan demonstrated expertise in infrastructure support, active directory administration, server management, backup systems, and various IT hardware and software. Ethan'swork experience reflects their continuous growth and adaptability in the field.

Ethan Sterling started their education at Darwen Moorland High School from 2003 to 2007. Ethan did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field during their time there. Following that, from 2007 to 2009, Ethan attended Blackburn College in Lancashire, England. Ethan completed a BTEC Level Three Systems Support degree with a focus on Network and System Administration/Administrator.

In addition to their academic education, Ethan Sterling has obtained several certifications. In March 2016, they received the VMware Certified Associate 6 - Data Center Virtualization certification from VMware. This certification demonstrates their expertise in data center virtualization. In March 2017, Ethan obtained the ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. This certification indicates their proficiency in IT service management according to ITIL® standards.
