Amad Uddin's work experience begins in 2017 when they volunteered at Pak Kawish. In 2019, they interned at Gas & Oil Pakistan Ltd. In 2020, they worked as a Sales Executive at Human Health Care. Currently, since November 2021, Amad holds a role as a Research Associate at Atheneum. In January 2023, they were promoted to the position of Senior Research Associate.

Amad Uddin started their education at Allama Iqbal International School in Riyadlh from 2003 to 2007. Amad then attended Mansoura International School in Riyadlh from 2007 to 2010. Afterward, they studied at the American Lycetuff School from 2010 to 2011. From 2012 to 2017, they attended Cadet College Jajja Rawalpindi and focused on pre-engineering. Lastly, from 2017 until 2021, they enrolled at FAST School of Management, Lahore, but the degree name and field of study remain unspecified.
