Laura Egan is a Senior Manager at athenahealth, where Laura serves as the Principal UX Design Researcher. Prior to joining athenahealth, Laura held roles as Principal Experience Design Researcher and Senior Experience Design Researcher at FM Global. Laura also worked at Bechtel Corporation as a UX Researcher/Technical Content Manager. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Grove City College.
