Kelsey Grant is an experienced design professional with a focus on user experience (UX) and product management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Experience Design at athenahealth. Previously at GE Power, Kelsey played a crucial role as Lead UX Interaction Designer, directing a small design team in creating a significant financial modeling tool and implementing user-centered design processes. Kelsey’s expertise encompasses managing software development teams, conducting user research, and establishing design systems across various applications. With additional experience in roles such as Scrum Master and Group Fitness Instructor, Kelsey holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Florida, along with training in Visual Design and User Experience Design from General Assembly.
