Derek Anderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial processing and service delivery sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Financial Processing & Posting Services at athenahealth since March 2011, Derek has held various leadership roles within the company, including Executive Director of US Service Delivery and Executive Director of Financial Processing Services. Prior to athenahealth, Derek worked as Director of Partner Management at Know Technology and held key positions in media and publishing at The Day Publishing Company and VillageSoup. Derek began a career in R&D at Ligature and served as MIS Director at Epicurean Feast. Derek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, earned between 1988 and 1992.
