Anitha Veera Reddy began their work experience at Sierra in 2005 in an undisclosed role. Anitha then joined Sierra Atlantic - A Hitachi Consulting Company in 2000 as a Senior Principal consultant and stayed until 2011. In 2011, they also started working at Intelligroup as a Senior Principal Consultant. In 2015, they joined NTT DATA India Enterprise Application Services Pvt Ltd as an Associate Director. Later on, in 2011, Anitha joined NTT DATA as both a Senior Principal Consultant and a Senior Manager. Their most recent role is as an IT Director at Athena Technology Solutions since 2017.

Anitha Veera Reddy pursued their education from 1980 to 1996 at Gandhi Centunary High School in Sangareddy. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Shadan Degree College to study Maths, Physics, and Computer Science. Anitha completed their degree at Shadan Degree College in 1996. Later, from 1996 to 1999, Anitha attended the University of Hyderabad, where they obtained their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree.
