Kit Bautista is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in team leadership and customer service. With extensive experience at Concentrix from 2007 to 2021, Kit held various roles, including Operations Manager and Team Leader, focusing on driving sales metrics and team performance while managing customer service excellence.
