Lina Marcela Salazar Casallas currently serves as a Database Management Support at the European Space Agency (ESA) since April 2023. Prior to this role, Lina held the position of Human Resources Planning Professional at the Dirección General Marítima from April 2019 to October 2021, where contributions included designing a Human Resources Strategic Plan and developing key performance indicators. Lina also worked as a Data Analyst and intern at Grupo Éxito, focusing on sales and inventory reporting and the standardization of reporting processes. Academically, Lina attained a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes and further specialized in Business Foundations at the University of Pennsylvania, along with completing a diploma in Human Resources Management at Universidad del Rosario.
