Jeremy Austin has worked in the telecommunications and IT industries since 1993. Jeremy began their career as a Database Developer and Bookkeeper for various companies. In 1999, they began working for Big Delta Enterprises, Inc. as an e-Commerce and Database Developer. Jeremy also began working for Whitestone Farms as a Telecommunications, Internet, and IT specialist, where they designed, installed, troubleshot, and maintained a community-wide ISP and telco. In 2014, they became a Network Infrastructure Architect and Network Engineering & Ops for Whitestone Power & Communications. In 2016, they began working for Heritage NetWorks, LLC as a Senior Technical Consultant and Network Engineer and Evangelist/Consultant, and for Vertical Broadband as a Network Engineer. In 2018, they began working as a consultant for IdeaLoft: Network Design, Architecture & Engineering. In 2021, they became a Sr IP Systems Engineer for Alaska Communications. Most recently, they are a Senior Product Manager for Aterlo Networks Inc.

Jeremy Austin attended Shepherd's School of Music from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Music Pedagogy.
