Luc d'Urso has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Luc currently serves as the CEO at Atempo, a company that provides data protection and preservation solutions. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice-President at HEXATRUST. In 2010, they founded Wooxo, a software company specializing in the protection and sharing of digital business assets. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, they co-founded Futur in 1997 and Reflex Industries in 1994. In 1991, they founded Mistral Snowboards, a company involved in the manufacturing and international distribution of snowboards and accessories. Their early career includes being the General Manager at Serfiac in 1989.

Luc d'Urso obtained a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Burgundy Business School, located in Dijon, France. Luc attended the school from 1983 to 1987.
