Nathan Pharr is an experienced environmental designer currently working at Atelier Ten since June 2022. Prior roles include serving as an engineering assistant at the Yale Center for Ecosystems and Architecture from January 2021 to January 2022, where Nathan contributed to projects focusing on plant-based bioremediation strategies and their impact on indoor air quality. Nathan worked as an engineer fellow with the Connecticut Department of Transportation during the summer of 2020, developing treatment processes to combat the spread of COVID-19 on commuter trains. Additionally, Nathan gained experience as an instructor for the Yale Young Global Scholars program in the summer of 2019, teaching students about engineering and sustainability. Nathan holds a degree from Yale University, earned between 2017 and 2021.
